"Following the decree on requisitioning issued by the Fortress Supreme Command on 2/6/1941, all merchants, olive oil producers and proprietors of olive oil mills in possession of olive oil are required to hand over such quantities to those authorized by the Reich at the prescribed prices... Anyone refusing to hand over olive oil will be regarded as sabotaging export thereof to Germany and will face the commensurate penalty."
