Among other icons in the nave dedicated to the Virgin Mary, fine examples include The Nativity by Georgios Kydonaios, The Panagia Galaktotrofousa (The Breast-feeding Virgin) and The Presentation of Christ, both by Georgios Kastrofylakas, as well as an anonymous icon of St. Minas.

The nave dedicated to St. Minas contains, among others, an icon of St. Titus with scenes from the martyrdom of the Ten Saints of Crete; a further icon of St. Minas, with twelve scenes from the saint's miracles and martyrdom; and The Creation of Adam.
