The right hand nave is dedicated to St. Titus and the left to the Ten Saint Martyrs of Crete.

The interior of the church has been altered and added to over time.

Working to plans by the architect Anastasios Orlandos, the wooden icon screen and bishop's throne were replaced by marble ones. The wall paintings were carried out by S. Kartakis, in strict adherence to the precepts and paradigms of Byzantine iconography.
