This was most probably built in the 1920s as a town house; the interior has since been extensively modified. The walls are of stone masonry and the floors of reinforced concrete, with a flat roof surmounted by a small domed structure.

The main entrance is set back from the road, and is accessed by means of a portico with Doric columns. An ornate marble balustrade surrounds the balcony on the first floor. The building's most striking feature is the domed wooden structure on the roof.
