Ôhis building belongs to the Ministry of Culture, and is to be used to host an exhibition of Byzantine artefacts. It consists of a series of three-storey blocks linked by two-storey sections. The lower sections have flat roofs, while the higher ones are timbered and tiled.
The building's most impressive feature is its meticulously constructed wide sweep.
