An Idea of Farming Output
"In good years it can yield 500 thousand mistata of oil [1 mistato = 2 gallons] and an exceeding large quantity of must and malvasia brusco [malmsey]. It produces entire shiploads of cheese. 80 thousand of raisins, 10 thousand of oldano [labdanum]. 5 thousand of acorns. Honey in great quantity. As much salt as one wants can be produced."
