The third and last complex - the Arsenali Nouvi and Nouvissimi - was built to the southwest of the port. It originally consisted of five vaulted oblong structures, later extended to the north with the addition of the Arsenali Nouvissimi.

All that remains of the complex is the westernmost vault, which abuts the large two-roomed Zane cistern.
