Under the terms of this binding agreement, the Website user shall expressly agree that should any lawsuit, claim or administrative procedure resulting from his or her contravention of any third party rights be instituted against the Municipality Website, he or she will both intercede in the judicial or administrative procedure and compensate the Municipality in full, should the latter be required to pay damages or any other expenses.
