Terms of Use
Intellectual copyright
The sum total of all content on the website, including but not limited to texts, historical archives, graphics, photographs, plans, depictions, services provided and in general all file types are intellectual property and are subject to national and international provisions on copyright, with the exception of expressly acknowledged and stated rights belonging to third parties, associates and organisations.

Thus users may not reproduce, republish, copy, store, sell, transmit, distribute, operate, download, translate or alter content either in part or whole in any way, without having first obtained express written consent to do so from the Municipality or legal copyright owners. By way of exception to the above, isolated storage and copying of parts of the content on a personal computer is permitted when for strictly personal use (private study or research, educational purposes), without commercial intent or for other use. This shall be permitted on condition that the source is mentioned in writing, and shall in no sense be deemed to constitute transfer of copyright.

Texts may also be republished so as to promote historical and cultural information relating to the Municipality, on condition that the source is mentioned and copyright is not infringed.
