Under Ottoman rule this was the residence of Mirtza Efendi. It is a two-storey wood and stone building with later additions in reinforced concrete. A high wall marks out the entire property. A marble well still stands in the pebbled courtyard. The sachnisi (upper floor projection) hangs directly above a small stone drinking fountain set into the outside wall.
